  • When you register, you will create an account that allows you to view the entire catalog and price list of our products.

  • Subscribing means that you have selected your desired store/catalog, completed the payment process, and submitted all necessary requirements.

To subscribe, you just have to follow the steps as stated below:

  1. Login or register if you don’t have an account yet.

  2. Choose Catalog

  3. Submit Requirements

  4. Choose Subscription Options
    a. Monthly/Yearly
    b. Marketplace

  5. Fill out required fields

  6. Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed through Xendit, your subscription will automatically begin.

For Lazada

  • Upon subscribing, we will create your store within 2-3 business days as long as you provide all the necessary requirements.

For Shopee

  • Upon subscribing, we will create your store within 2-3 business days as long as you provide all the necessary requirements.

For Tiktok Shop

  • Upon subscribing, we will create your store within 2-3 days as long as you provide all the necessary requirements.

This process typically occurs during business hours, from 9AM – 5PM. If you subscribe on a Sunday, the process will begin on the following Monday.

Please note that this only applies to stores without a specified subscription period.

The COR is a required document for all licensed professionals under the Philippine Regulatory Commission, as well as non-licensed professionals, partnerships, sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and corporations engaged in business activities.

Form 2307 is issued to a dropshipper as proof of the income (commission) they received, which has already been subjected to expanded withholding tax by Dropify. This certificate shows that the tax has been withheld and remitted to the government on behalf of the dropshipper.

Yes, the policy covers all dropshippers not registered with the BIR, whether you are a new or existing dropshipper.

You must register to the BIR as a sole-proprietorship, and fulfill the required registration, compliance, and tax obligations.

You can still use the name of Dropify to conduct your business. However, Dropify will withhold 10% of your commission per payout for remittance to the BIR. You can only do this if your gross remittance does not exceed PHP 500,000. For Dropify, it’s advisable to register your business with the BIR for legal transactions.

If your gross remittance with Dropify exceeds PHP 500,000, you must apply to the BIR for a Certificate of Registration (COR). Failure to comply will result in the termination of your subscription.

You must maintain an accurate record of income with Dropify for tax purposes. This includes keeping track of your earnings, and ensuring the proper reporting and remittance of taxes, depending on whether you have chosen to register with the BIR or not. 

Currently, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop are required for BIR Compliance, while other platforms such as Facebook, Shopify, and WooCommerce haven’t imposed this requirement yet. Even so, Dropify advises all dropshippers to register with BIR.


Subscription fee is non-refundable.

Our subscription fee is recurring, which implies that the fee is automatically charged at regular intervals according to the terms of the subscription. These intervals can be monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Dropshippers will receive their payouts every Thursday, after the Seller Center’s payout has been remitted. Please note that for new stores, the first payout will take place after 2 weeks, or after 2 cycle payouts.

  • For Shopee and Lazada subscribers a 2% service fee will be deducted to dropshippers for every payout based on Item sold amount and its charges (discounts, vouchers, and promotions) less pass-on cost.

  • For Facebook, Shopify, and Tiktok subscribers a 2% service fee.

NOTE: For Facebook shop there would be a COD handling fee:

  • Ninja Van 

    • Variable COD Services Fee (per parcel): 2.75%
    • Valuation Fee: 1% (minimum Php 5)
    • Minimum Fee: Php25
  • J&T

    • COD Fee: 2.75% + VAT

    • Valuation Fee – 1% + VAT (minimum Php5)

Dropify will handle all disputes, such as returns, shipping fee discrepancies, and so on.

Returns will only be allowed for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item served
  • Damage item served

SKU means Stock Keeping Unit. It is an item-unique ID arbitrarily designated to any given item in your inventory as a reference method.

Alteration and editing of SKU is strictly prohibited.

Upon store turn-over you will receive an email from Dropify including the full price list/cost of goods as your reference for pricing.

Order processing is part of the services offered by Dropify. We will be the one to do the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.

Yes! You can join campaigns and use marketing tools (such as but not limited to voucher, free shipping, and etc.) as long as you don’t sell below cost of goods.

NOTE: All Flash Sale submissions should be properly coordinated with the Dropify Team to secure inventory for your Flash Sale slot.

Yes, but dropshippers need to request access to our team through Dropify chat.

Please be informed that dropshippers will only be granted 24-hour access from the time of the request. If the top-up is not completed within this time frame, access will be terminated immediately.

Note: Lazada dropshippers should only top-up via Bank or Gcash.

Please take note that there are specific criteria that you need to reach before you can access the said feature.

Kindly check the criteria below.

The rate of returns (i.e., return to seller) must not exceed fifteen percent (15%) for Lazada, Shopee and TikTok); and thirty percent (30%) for Shopify, WooCommerce and Facebook of the total orders.

No, we will be the one to create a store for you.

Not all items have deep inventory.

Dropify will send an email about the order/s with out of stock issue. Along with the email is the replacement for the out of stock item/s. Please be informed that you will be the one to coordinate with your customer/s regarding the replacement.

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our users, we perform weekly replenishment of our inventory.

NOTE: Imported goods arrive thirty (30) days after purchase order.

While Dropify uses a system to process and track orders, it is possible to add additional products to your Dropify store. However, you will need to pay a corresponding fee for storage and fulfillment, or you can apply to become a Dropify supplier.


1. Log in to and go to My Account tab.
2. Click on the My Subscription tab and click “Cancel”


All unsubscribed dropshippers with fulfilled orders with order dates placed within 7 days after their cancellation date will still receive their remittance. Otherwise, succeeding remittances will be subject to collection by Dropify.

The payout of unsubscribed dropshippers is put on hold for the next 2 payout cycles to allow time for verification and checking for any negative Statement of Accounts (SOAs). After 2 weeks, the net remittance will be paid out to the dropshipper.

Yes, the two-week hold for payout will be applicable across all platforms to ensure consistency and fairness in the remittance process.

These policies will also be covered during the onboarding sessions for all platforms to ensure that dropshippers are fully informed about the remittance procedures and requirements.
