Re: Individual Account Consent

 

I, the undersigned, , hereby confirm my consent to open an individual account at Security Bank Corporation and confer a special power of attorney to Simpletrade Ventures OPC (Dropify) for this purpose.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

  1. The individual account will be established with full access and control for Simpletrade Ventures OPC (Dropify) only.
  2. Simpletrade Ventures OPC (Dropify) has the sole authority to manage all account transactions, including but not limited to withdrawals and deposits, without requiring the consent of the account holder.
  3. This individual account will solely be utilized as a disbursement account for a Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Seller Center account.
  4. This individual account will not be utilized for commission payouts from the selected marketplaces or Seller Center accounts. The undersigned shall designate an alternative personal bank account for such payout transactions.

 

I acknowledge receipt of the terms and conditions related to the account from Security Bank Corporation. This consent is given voluntarily and with full understanding of its implications.
